Upping your water intake can aid weight loss. Drinking a glass of water before having a meal reduces our appetite and helps us eat less which can help in weight loss. A simple trick to drink more water this year is to add flavor to it by adding chunks of fruit in it.

Following the same workout routine every day of the week will make your body hit a plateau and your workout won’t have much impact on your body. Running shoes maybe expensive but hospital bills are more expensive than them. Research shows that runners who run in the same shoes everyday are likely to get running related injuries. It’s better to invest in a few good running shoes rather than getting injured.
