Lately when I go to the park, it’s sometimes hard to identify if a woman who takes care of a child is the mother or the nanny. Finally, I realise that it is a young looking grandmother.
In spite of the fact that many women become mothers over 30, nowadays, we look after our skin more and we look for ways to look younger. That’s why a grandma doesn’t necessarily look old.
I also know ladies who have become grandmothers in early age, my mother is a similar example. This means that she gave birth when she was very young, for instance, in her early twenties and her daughter followed her steps and she had a baby when she was young too.
So, we shouldn’t be surprised if a woman in her early sixties has a twenty year old grandchild.
And in case this child gets married, the grandma has every right to want to look beautiful at her grandchild’s wedding.
