Raw sprouts

It is one healthy breakfast that most people prefer having but certain sprouts should be avoided by pregnant women. You should not take radish, clover, bean, and mung sprouts. It is because there is a high chance of Salmonella contamination. As seeds sprout in humid conditions, the bacteria can easily flourish and they cannot be removed by washing the seeds.
