- Processed foods like fries and chips
- Starchy foods like pasta and white bread

Eating greasy foods like fries, burgers, chips, and pizza is bad for the skin not only because they secrete a lot of greases but such contain carbohydrates. Working in a fast-food chain is not an exemption. In fact, these people are more prone to pimple breakouts.
Fast food chains include frying foods. As you fry food, oil contents can get all over the place and your face is not safe. These oils can build up in the face and cause your pores to clog up leading to pimple and acne breakouts. Having that said, you don’t need to avoid working at fast-food joints. Just make sure that you cleanse your face as soon as your shift is over. Go for an alcohol-free cleanser that has organic components for natural cleansing.
Foods or beverages that contain dairy
A research study stated that dairy products like cheese and milk can contribute to acne or pimple breakouts. Carrots, sweet potatoes, and cantaloupes contain vitamin A components which help to give the skin a clear complexion. Lemon, orange and other citrus fruits contain vitamin C which helps with collagen production. With enough collagen, your bones will be stronger and your skin will appear more firm and smooth.
